WeedX Fertilizing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, licensed Lawn Care Technician to join our team part-time.

Position Overview


We are seeking a part-time technician with 5+ years of experience in lawn care and pest control applications. This role includes treating residential and commercial properties with a focus on results, safety, and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

•  Apply liquid and granular fertilizers for turf health 
•  Perform weed control applications (pre/post-emergent) 
•  Provide tree & shrub care treatments
•  Conduct perimeter pest control applications
•  Perform mosquito and tick control services
•  Diagnose lawn issues and recommend solutions 
•  Maintain accurate service records 
•  Ensure safe handling and application of all products 
•  Communicate professionally with customers on-site 

Requirements

•   Valid Pesticide Applicator License (PA) – REQUIRED
•   Minimum 5+ years of experience in lawn fertilization & pest control 
•   Strong knowledge of turf, weeds, insects, and treatment methods 
•   Ability to operate spray equipment and maintain it properly 
•   Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 
•   Ability to work independently and efficiently 
•   Strong attention to detail and professionalism
