We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Ocala, FL! Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn mowing, edging, and trimming for residential and/or commercial properties
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, blowers, and weed eaters
• Apply mulch, clean up debris, and maintain overall curb appeal of properties
• Follow scheduled routes efficiently and complete jobs in a timely manner
• Perform basic landscape maintenance including shrub trimming and bed edging
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of company tools and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site

Requirements:

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred
• Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment safely and effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in outdoor conditions including heat and humidity
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team
