We're looking for a Lawn Maintenance Worker/Crew Lead who is reliable, motivated, and ready to take ownership of our lawn care operations. This position is perfect for someone with experience in commercial mowing and lawn maintenance who also has the leadership skills to manage a crew efficiently.

As a Crew Lead, you'll play a key role in our company's success by ensuring projects are completed on time, maintaining high-quality standards, and mentoring crew members to be their best. This is more than just a job, it's a chance to grow with a company that values your skills and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-up.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lead a team of lawn maintenance workers, ensuring quality control and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients and team members professionally and respectfully.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance on job sites.
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets company standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and winter plowing as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in commercial lawn maintenance (preferred).
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide a team and set high standards.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to adapt in a fast-growing company.
• Ability to problem-solve on the job and find efficient solutions.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work winter shifts for snow plowing (preferred but not required).
