Overview Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders are responsible for performing lawn maintenance tasks for our residential clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and other similar tasks. Crew Leaders in this department are responsible for preparing and driving company equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands-on position which allows you to take full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional lawn maintenance experience working in the green industry and/or supervisory experience is preferred for Crew Leader position
Requires a drivers license and a smart phone
Experience driving truck and trailer
Strong problem-solving skills/ability to make in the field decisions
Pride in work quality
Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals
Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time
Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.
