Lawn Maintenance Crew Member 2026

We are seeking hard-working and dependable individuals with at least one year of prior commercial lawn maintenance experience to join our landscape maintenance crews as Full-Time employees. As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for performing essential outdoor tasks including spring and fall cleanups and weekly mowing of both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform spring and fall cleanups, including leaf removal, debris hauling, and general property upkeep.
• Conduct weekly mowing of residential and commercial properties.
• Operate commercial lawn mowers and small landscaping equipment such as string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers.
• Work efficiently and safely with a team in outdoor environments.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail for all landscape maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• One or more years of previous experience in landscaping or maintenance is required. (Starting wage will be determined by experience.)
• Ability to work outside for 8-10 hours a day, Monday through Friday (with occasional Saturdays during spring and fall).
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, perform physical labor, and work in various weather conditions.
• Dependable and responsible with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
