We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing landscaping team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and have experience in lawn maintenance, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• Start time: 7:00 AM
• Full-time position

Responsibilities:

• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing properties
• General landscape maintenance and cleanup
• Operating lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring properties are maintained to company quality standards
• Working as part of a team to complete daily routes

Requirements:

• Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Compensation amp; Benefits:

• Starting pay: $16.00-18.00 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay
• Opportunities for advancement within the company
• Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off
• Paid holidays AFTER 90 days
• Paid vacation amp; sick time AFTER 1 year
