Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Description: The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for the weekly care and maintenance of both our residential and commercial accounts.

Duties:

Completion of all contracted work on each property visited during the week
Understanding of lawn maintenance process to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
Effectively troubleshoot any problems that might arise in the field
Focus on attention to detail
Able to drive truck and trailer
Operate mowers, weedwhackers, and blowers efficiently over the course of the entire workday


Requirements:

Experience in operating the following
Zero-turn mower
Hydraulic or belt walk-behind mower
Push mower
Weedwhacker
Backpack blower
Various hand tools
Knowledge of professional standards for lawn maintenance on both higher-end commercial accounts as well as residential properties
Ability to sustain energy level throughout the entirety of the workday
Capacity for independent and cooperative work
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Preferred qualifications:

Extensive knowledge and 3-5 years of experience on a weekly lawn maintenance crew
Snow removal experience is preferred for winter work
