Pay: Starting at $18.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

•  Perform commercial and residential lawn maintenance services. 
•  Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers. 
•  Maintain clean, professional job sites. 
•  Work safely while following company policies and procedures. 
•  Assist crew leaders with daily route completion. 
•  Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers. 
•  Assist with snow operations during the winter season as needed. 
•  Perform additional duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

•  Lawn maintenance experience is preferred but not required. 
•  Experience operating commercial lawn equipment is a plus. 
•  Valid Driver's License preferred. 
•  Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. 
•  Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
•  Ability to work well as part of a team. 
•  Interest in growing into leadership opportunities is encouraged. 

Physical Requirements

•  Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday. 
•  Ability to regularly lift equipment and materials. 
•  Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the season. 
•  Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
