Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team! If you are hard-working, reliable and take pride in performing quality work, this is the position for you.
In this role, you will help maintain beautiful, well-groomed lawns for both residential and commercial customers. This is a hands-on, team-oriented position where you’ll work alongside a crew to complete daily lawn maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging and blowing
Assist with loading and unloading equipment from trucks
Work with your crew to complete assigned daily routes efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and equipment
Follow direction from Crew Leaders and contribute to a team environment
Attend and participate in crew and safety meetings
Safely operate lawn care equipment including:
Push mowers, walk-behind mowers, and riding mowers
Edgers and string trimmers
Backpack blowers
Hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruning tools
Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Required Skills:
Ability to bend, squat, and lift on a continual basis
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
Must wear company-provided uniforms and required PPE
Must present yourself in a professional and polite manner
Commitment to safe equipment operation
Valid MI Driver’s License preferred, but not required
