Artistic Design Landscapes is a full-service landscape management company based in Hudson, NC. We specialize in professional design, installation, and maintenance of all aspects of landscaping. Our services also include outdoor lighting, paver patios, retaining walls, water features, and custom outdoor living spaces. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our hardworking and dedicated team.
Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of landscape maintenance and supervise technicians
• Create a trusting relationship with clients
• Utilize our time-keeping app and Google Sheets for tracking daily operations
• Manage jobsite production and productivity
• Monitor and maintain turf and landscape quality
• Perform seeding and aeration
• Perform grass fertilization
• Mulch and fertilize flower beds
• Prune and trim small trees and shrubs
• Perform Integrated Pest Management (IPM) using mechanical, organic, and chemical controls
• Safely and properly operate all hand tools related to landscape maintenance (rakes, shovels, saws, axes, shears, etc.)
  
  

Education

• 
  High school diploma preferred
• NC Pesticide Applicators license preferred
• Degree in turf management/horticulture/related field desired
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance plus prior management experience
• Must have a valid drivers license and be cleared by insurance to drive company vehicles
• Must be able to work overtime and some Saturday’s
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• 3-5 years prior landscape/hardscape experience (installation of all phases of landscaping, outdoor lighting, pavers, retaining walls, water features, and outdoor living spaces)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
