Lawn Maintenance Foreman
Are you ready to lead a lawn maintenance crew in the field? We are seeking experienced and team-oriented individuals to fill our Lawn Maintenance Foreman position.
As a Foreman, you will lead the team in the field and be involved in various service and installation tasks while maintaining the company's quality and safety standards. Demonstratable knowledge and experience of landscape work (mulch, topsoil, stone, sod, grass, hedge trimming, planting, and flower installations, etc.) as well as with equipment (such as ride-on mowers, string trimmers/weed whackers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and hand tools)
As a leader, you must have a positive attitude and be respectful, honest, reliable, and self-motivated. Also, you must have excellent mechanical aptitude and be able to work outdoors in various conditions, either independently or as part of a team.
NOTE: If you have green industry experience, along with your skills and qualifications, you may be considered for other positions within our Irrigation or Turf Care Departments.

Como Capataz, usted liderará al equipo en el campo y participará en diversas tareas de servicio e instalación, manteniendo los estándares de calidad y seguridad de la empresa. Se requiere conocimiento y experiencia demostrable en trabajos de paisajismo (mantillo, tierra vegetal, piedra, césped en rollo, cuidado del césped, recorte de setos, plantación e instalación de flores, etc.), así como en el uso de equipos (como cortadoras de césped tipo "ride-on", desbrozadoras/recortadoras, sopladoras de mochila, cortasetos y herramientas manuales). Como líder, debe tener una actitud positiva y ser respetuoso, honesto, confiable y automotivado. También debe contar con una excelente aptitud mecánica y ser capaz de trabajar al aire libre en diversas condiciones, ya sea de manera independiente o como parte de un equipo.
NOTA: Si cuenta con experiencia en la industria verde, junto con sus habilidades y calificaciones, puede ser considerado para otros puestos dentro de nuestros departamentos de Riego o Cuidado del Césped.
