About the Role:
Straightline Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance is looking for a hardworking and dependable Lawn Maintenance & Landscape Laborer to join our growing crew in Homer Glen, IL! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll take pride in transforming and maintaining beautiful properties across the area. Responsibilities: (Lawn Maintenance Laborer)

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Assist with shrub trimming
• Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment and hand tools
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies from company vehicles
• Follow crew leader instructions to complete jobs efficiently and to company standards
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites
• Ensure proper care and upkeep of all equipment after each use

Responsibilities: (Landscape Laborer)

•  Assist with landscape installation such as mulching, planting, and bed maintenance 
•  Assist with Shrub Trimming
•  Assist with Installation of paver bricks
•  Assist with Installation of retaining walls
•  Assist with Installation of draintile
•  Assist with Grading/sodding
•  Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites 
•  Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies from company vehicles 

Requirements:

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred
• Ability to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Prior experience with paver brick and retaining wall installation
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site or meeting location
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well on a team
• Valid driver's license a plus but not required

Pay:
Will be based on experience and review after 30/60 days.
Listed pay is based on no experience. 

• With Experience, pay will START AT $18.00 & up
