The Cutting Edge Landscaping is a growing landscaping company based in Sparta, NJ. We provide lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and planting services for both residential and commercial clients. Position Overview
We are seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Lawn Maintenance Technicians. This role includes a mix of lawn care and general landscaping work and is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a crew.
What You Will Be Doing
- Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Assisting with landscaping and installation projects
- Performing mulching, cleanups, and general outdoor work
- Operating landscaping equipment safely
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Working with a team to complete daily assignments
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Additional hours available during peak seasons
- Year-round work may be available
Pay & Benefits
- $18/hour (entry-level)
- Up to $23/hour (based on experience)

Requirements
- Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, walking, standing, and performing outdoor physical work throughout the shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable and able to consistently report to a 7:30 AM start time
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred
