Job Summary
We are seeking a Lawn Service Technicianto join our team. In this role, you will assess and treat residential and commercial buildings turf and shrubs, and advise owners on treatment options, and provide solutions. The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented, and knowledgeable about various turf grasses and shrubs. 

Responsibilities: 

• Inspect and treat lawns and shrubs for residential and commercial clients
• Determine the types of turf, turf disease and pests, and determine treatment options
• Measure the size of the areas to be treated
• Communicate effectively the treatment methods, and provide solutions to problematic turf and shrub scenarios
• Implement various methods to treat the areas
• Safely apply lawn and ornamental products
• Safely drive a large box truck style company vehicle.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a Technician or in a similar position
• Must have a clean driving record
• High school diploma/GED
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including standing for extended periods, and lifting heavy objects
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols when dealing with potentially hazardous materials
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain detailed records of payment and products used
