About the Role:
Join A C LAWN CARE AND MORE LLC as a Lawn Tech and help us create beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients in Fairview Heights, IL and surrounding areas. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to excellence in lawn care and landscaping.



Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely and effectively.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in landscape design and installation projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients on-site.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Document job progress and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience.
