Job Description
Our Lawncare team provides property maintenance to the fullest satisfaction of our clients. Our crews work together to accomplish several aspects of work, mulch, mowing, edging, pressure washing, weeding and more. Working alongside the customer we help make the vision they have for their property a reality.
Job Responsibilities
- Completes lawn care duties such as but not limited to mowing, trimming, blowing, and paying attention to detail
- Completes the job in the most time-efficient manner meeting the company productivity targets while meeting our quality standards.
- Follows all policies and procedures up to company standards.
- Uses the company software efficiently to clock in for attendance and clocking job times.
- Actively helps gather equipment and tools in the morning as needed according to the job list.
- Communicates well with other crew members and office staff
- Maintains a clean and safe job site at all times.
- Ensures that all equipment safety and maintenance procedures are followed and follows procedures of forms for items that are in need of needed repairs.
- Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to zero turn lawn mowers, push mowers, blowers, line trimmers, etc.
- Snow removal and ice management during the winter months.
Follows direction effectively to ensure top quality standards are being followed and time is efficiently being used to complete tasks.

Qualifications
For our Laborers - experience is preferred but not required.
For Formen/Drivers - Experience is required. A recent MVR is required.
For both positions, a smart phone with data is required.
Being able to lift 50lbs
Willing to work outside in all weather conditions
Spend hours on your feet using a variety of different tools and equipment
