Lawncare specialist experienced with fertlizer and weed control methods

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Landscape Fertilizer & Weed Control Spray Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for applying fertilizer, weed control, and other lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties while providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and other turf care treatments according to company standards and label instructions.
• Operate and maintain spray equipment, spreaders, and other application tools.
• Diagnose lawn conditions and identify weeds, insects, and turf health issues.
• Communicate treatment recommendations and lawn care information with customers.
• Keep accurate records of treatments performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with state and federal pesticide regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Assist with additional landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or pesticide application preferred but not required.
• State pesticide applicator license or the ability to obtain one (company may assist with training).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Occasional overtime and seasonal Saturday work as needed
