Landscape Technician - Join Our Grounds Maintenance Team
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscape Technician to join our growing outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will help maintain attractive, safe, and well-kept grounds across our properties. Key Responsibilities
Mow, edge, and maintain lawns to a high standard
Maintenance of mowers, equipment, and vehicles
Weekly visits to all assigned properties regardless of weather
Perform lawn care services including aeration, fertilization, and weed control
Trim shrubs and hedges and maintain landscape beds
Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and ornamental plants
Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other landscape waste
Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, buildings, and outdoor areas
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Maintain clean, organized trailers, trucks, and equipment
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver's License required
Experience in commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, or landscape equipment operation required
Experience hauling trailers and equipment required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to walk, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends when needed
Travel required - up to 3 hours per day (travel time compensated)
