This position works within the Payroll Technology services team and acts as a senior analyst working as a liaison between the Payroll Operations team and IT in order to ensure all payroll systems are functioning, optimized and upgraded across the organization.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 5-7 years of payroll experience from a technical background is required. Requires a Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity and under tight deadlines; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills; strong computer application skills; analytical and quantitative skills; and ability to work and communicate effectively at all corporate and service area levels. Leadership skills a plus
- Required Technical knowledge:
- Lawson BI and Reporting
- MS SQL Query Design and Implementation
- MS Access
- Experian CIC plus
- ADP
- Must know and understand Payroll operations.
