Note: Candidates must have 5+ years of federal court FLSA litigation experience with substantive, hands-on case management. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required. Multi-state admission is a strong plus.

Salary Bands (Only if attorney role):
5 to 7 years: $150,000 to $175,000 base + bonus
8 to 12 years: $175,000 to $210,000 base + bonus
12+ years / senior: $210,000 to $250,000+ base + bonus, commensurate with book and trial record
