5+ years of experience in field engineering, surveying, and layout on large-scale construction projects
Strong experience with Total Stations (Robotic or Manual) and/or Theodolite equipment
Experience data surveying/layout software
Experience reviewing architectural and structural drawings for layout validation
Set and maintain permanent control points for line and grade
Perform accurate layout using total station/robotic equipment
Review drawings and verify dimensions before execution
Identify and resolve layout discrepancies prior to construction
Coordinate with project leads on scheduling and sequencing
Provide layout data and guidance to field crews
Mark layouts physically (e.g., footers, anchor bolts, key structural points)
Ensure quality control and precision across all layout work
Support team with technical expertise in surveying and layout execution
