Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with consistent hours, weekly pay, paid holidays, and paid vacation? LACOSTA is looking for dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Approximately 48 hours per week

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you will help keep production running safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Continuously monitor the machine and keep it filled with the required product to support uninterrupted production
• Perform pre-operation checks and activities to ensure equipment is ready for safe and efficient startup
• Operate and monitor multiple pieces of production equipment
• Identify and respond to equipment or production issues to help minimize unplanned downtime
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Follow standardized work procedures and all required safety practices
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-speed production environment
• Communicate with team members and support teams to maintain continuous production
• Help reduce wasted time and materials while meeting quality and production expectations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support continuous improvement efforts
