Position Overview
We are seeking an LCDC II or LCDC III to facilitate our evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, empathy, and strong group facilitation skills to support men in all stages of recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate structured evening IOP group sessions for men in recovery
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and facility standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate individualized care
- Provide crisis intervention and client support as needed
- Promote a safe, respectful, and therapeutic group environment
Qualifications
- Active LCDC II or LCDC III licensure in the State of Ohio (required)
- Minimum of 3 year experience facilitating group sessions preferred
- Strong understanding of substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and trauma-informed care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with an all-male client population
Schedule & Compensation
- Evening schedule (typically 4-5 hours per evening, 5 nights per week)
