LCPC Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

Substance Abuse Assessments: Daily completion of clinical assessments within 48 hours, adhering to comar guidelines.
Consumer Intake and Referrals: Review and assess referrals for program suitability and clinical stability.
Med Tech Urinalysis Report: Review daily urinalysis reports and plan action for consumers with illicit substance use.
IOP Groups: Supervise daily IOP groups, ensuring timely and accurate sessions, and stepping in when needed. Peer Record Review: Facilitate quarterly Peer Record Review meetings with the Clinical Director.
Other Duties: Undertake additional tasks and projects assigned by the Clinical Director and COO, including caseload management during staffing shortages.

Supervised Positions: CAC-ADs, CSC-ADs, ADTs and LGPC

Pay Range: $50-80 per individual session
