    Description

    OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Clinical Supervisor (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling and will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to the clinical staff. This role requires a compassionate clinical supervisor who is committed to fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

    Requirements

    • Independent Clinical Licensure Required LCSWLMFTLPCC- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.- Valid independent clinical licensure- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and crisis intervention strategies.- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations

    Duties- Support clinical staff in providing individual and group counseling sessions.- Implement behavior management strategies to enhance client outcomes.- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.

    • Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
