LCSW/LMHC – Part-Time, Evenings & Weekends

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our growing team on a part-time basis, specifically serving our evening and weekend caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to build or expand their private practice experience with full administrative support.

This is a fee-for-service, 1099 independent contractor role offering flexibility and clinical autonomy. Sessions will be conducted via telehealth and/or in-person at our Manhattan (60 E 42nd St, NY 10165) and Tarrytown, NY locations.

Schedule

•       Part-time: approximately 20 hours of availability per week, with an expected caseload of 15 sessions per week

•       Availability required during evenings (after 5:00 PM) and/or weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

•       Flexible scheduling within those windows, you set your hours

•       Hybrid model: telehealth and in-person options available

Compensation

•       Fee-for-Service: Starting at $75 per session

•       Earning potential increases with caseload size and productivity

•       Opportunities for rate increases based on performance and tenure

Responsibilities

•       Provide individual, couples, or family therapy

•       Maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning

•       Participate in clinical consultations as needed

Qualifications

•       Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (Required)

•       Active LCSW or LMHC license in New York State (Required independent practice level, no supervision required)

•       Strong clinical foundation in evidence-based approaches (Preferred modalities: CBT, DBT, REBT, ACT)

•       Experience with couples therapy (Preferred)

•       Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong ethical and clinical standards

•       Availability during evenings and/or weekends (Required)
