Job Title: Early Childhood Development Specialist, LCSW
Location: Desert Hot Springs, CA (On-site)
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000/yr + $10,000 new hire bonus
Schedule: Full-time
Requirements:
• Active CA LCSW license
• BLS certification required
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
• Experience with early childhood development (ages 0–3)
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Experience working with underserved populations preferred
Responsibilities:
• Support families with children ages 0–3 within pediatric primary care setting
• Provide developmental screenings, behavioral guidance, and parenting support
• Deliver integrated behavioral health visits
• Collaborate with pediatric providers and care team
• Coordinate care, referrals, and community resources
• Document all patient activity in EMR
• Participate in program implementation and reporting
