Access Health Louisiana (AHL) is seeking a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our School-Based Health Center team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy to students.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, school personnel, and referral sources to coordinate holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation, updating records as needed.
- Identify and report special cases such as child abuse, neglect, or truancy to appropriate authorities and provide follow-up counseling.
- Actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on improving student health outcomes.
- Uphold AHLs mission of delivering care with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters Degree from an accredited school of social work.
- Current licensure in good standing in the state of Louisiana.
- Prior outpatient treatment experience.
