WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for an exciting full-time opportunity with a respected community-based healthcare organization in Staten Island, NY.

This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful behavioral health services within an integrated care environment, working alongside primary care providers, behavioral health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving diverse populations and delivering evidence-based mental health treatment in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health evaluations.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 patient visits per week, including ongoing therapy sessions and new patient intake assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, care managers, and behavioral health professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment interventions as clinically appropriate.
• Deliver culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care to a diverse patient population.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and care planning activities.
• Support patients in achieving improved mental health, wellness, and overall quality of life.

Rate: $55 - $65 an hour 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Qualifications

Required

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, and treatment services.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Strong experience working with individuals and families.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Commitment to providing culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
• BLS Certification (or ability to obtain during onboarding).

Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Previous experience in community health centers, integrated care settings, outpatient behavioral health clinics, or FQHC environments.
