Job Summary (List Format):

- Serve as a Learning & Development Business Analyst supporting a large-scale LMS transformation initiative.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Technology, Operations, and LMS vendors to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and document current and future-state business processes and workflows.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities through workflow analysis and time studies.
- Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement scalable LMS solutions.
- Develop and execute testing plans, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate LMS system functionality, track defects, and assist with issue resolution.
- Support data validation, migration activities, and organizational readiness for LMS deployment.
- Contribute to the development of operational processes and standard work for the new LMS environment.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure successful LMS implementation and adoption.
