Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a L&D Reporting Operations Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain operational processes, workflows, and execution standards
  • Ensure processes are completed accurately, on time, and with clear accountability
  • Develop and update documentation such as procedures, job aids, and process maps
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
  • Monitor reporting, tracking, and process performance to support decision-making
  • Lead recurring meetings, track action items, and manage follow-ups
  • Track completion metrics, service levels, and escalation activities
  • Identify risks, delays, and data quality issues impacting process execution
  • Analyze process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Implement workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce risk
  • Manage multiple priorities and provide clear status updates
  • Support workload distribution and enforce deadlines across teams
  • Partner with leadership on process improvements and operational changes
  • Establish consistent routines, accountability, and escalation paths
  • Ensure processes are documented, repeatable, and sustainable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in operations, process management, compliance, or reporting functions
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience working with data, tracking tools, or reporting systems
  • Ability to identify process risks and recommend improvements
  • Experience facilitating meetings and driving follow-up actions
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional environments
  • Leadership or team coordination experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
