What We Can Achieve Together:

The Legal Data Resource Center (LDRC) Documents Coordinator is responsible for coordinating legal land/water protection documentation, which includes TNC's corporate files for protection activity and the LDRC land protection filing system and archiving processes. Duties involve, receiving and documenting physical files, scanning documents and creating digital documents and files, responding to file requests, and performing data entry in the Legal Link file tracking database which tracks TNC's Conservation Projects and real estate transactions. The position also functions as Office Coordinator for LDRC, and this includes purchasing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining LDRC Computer and license records. The position will be based in the Arlington office 4 days per week and Friday will be the option to work from home.

We're looking for a motivated individual capable of coordinating TNC's land/water protection files and maintaining the Conservancy's Legal database of global conservation activities. Someone who has database, document management, and customer support experience would be ideal. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Conservancy's Arlington, VA office and contribute to the ongoing mission of conservation by supporting the Legal department and multiple business units by coordinating and maintaining our legal protection files.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree and 1-year experience or equivalent combination.

• Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.

• Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.

• Experience performing one or more administrative processes.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs.

• Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people.

Salary Information:

This is an hourly position with a starting pay range of $60,000 - $65,000. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
