LDT Quality Control Technician

Description:

This position collaborates with LDT Operations to increase efficiency within the organization and ensure accuracy of:

• DPLEAK job logs and licensed affiliate video uploads
• Reviews job logs and videos for accuracy
• Corresponds with affiliate administration on test results and certifications
• Issues certifications to affiliates
• Ensure affiliates comply with established DPLEAK protocols and procedures
• Maintain SPO log and coordinate completed jobs with operations and billing to ensure that billing gets completed in timely and consistent fashion
• Assist with billing prep and billing as need arises and your primary function allows
• Tester and inspector certifications at the state level
• Works with the LDT management to establish state specific testing requirements and collaborates with licensing to ensure LDT maintains state and individual licensing.
• Works with individual testers and operations to ensure testers achieve and maintain State, ICC, PEI and manufacturers training and certification
• Vairrko training documentation (JF training portal)
• Vairrko lead for LDT, collaborates with JF training management to ensure that all field testers/techs fully utilize Vairrko and upload certifications
• Assist with obtaining and uploading new tester certifications and showing testers Vairrko functionality

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Petroleum industry preferred
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Appreciate the importance of safety and following strict safety and technical protocols.
• High personal commitment to delivering quality service.
• Troubleshooting skills/logical problem-solving skills
• Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
• Physical Requirements: Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day.
