We are seeking a highly skilled Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team in Boston. As an L&E Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to employers on various labor and employment law matters.
Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research on labor and employment law issues
Advising clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
Representing clients in labor and employment-related litigation
Participating in settlement negotiations and mediation
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
