Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research on labor and employment law issues
- Advising clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
- Representing clients in labor and employment-related litigation
- Participating in settlement negotiations and mediation
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
