L&E Attorney

We are seeking a talented and experienced Labor & Employment (L&E) Attorney to join our team. As an L&E Attorney with our firm, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of labor and employment matters for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on various labor and employment issues
• Handle disputes, negotiations, and settlements related to employment law
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents
• Stay up to date on relevant labor laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the jurisdiction
• Minimum of X years of experience in labor and employment law
• Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
