We are seeking a talented and experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our legal team in DC. As an L&E Attorney, you will play a crucial role in advising and representing clients on a wide range of labor and employment law matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on labor and employment law issues
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
