We're looking for a passionate, energetic, and compassionate
Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher who can turn everyday moments into meaningful learning experiences and lead a classroom filled with curiosity, laughter, and growth.
As our Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher, you'll be the captain of your classroom, creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and thrive.
Your Day Might Include:
Leading exciting hands-on learning experiences
Supporting language development, social-emotional growth, and independence
Singing songs, reading stories, and embracing a little organized chaos
Celebrating first friendships, new words, and potty-training victories
Building positive relationships with families through daily communication
Creating engaging classroom environments and lesson plans
Guiding and mentoring assistant teachers
Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom
Encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child

Qualifications
- Experience working with 2-year-old
- Previous lead teacher experience preferred
- Strong understanding of child development
- Ability to prepare and implement engaging lesson plans and classroom activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
