    The Account Strategist supports QVC & HSN and serves as a strategic marketing partner to assigned business units, translating commercial priorities, customer insights, and performance trends into integrated marketing plans and recommendations that support business growth. This role leads cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, Finance, Analytics, Brand, and other key stakeholders.

    The role is responsible for interpreting business needs, identifying opportunities and risks, and recommending marketing approaches, priorities, and best practices that improve effectiveness and business outcomes. The Account Strategist provides leadership through influence, planning discipline, and strong cross-functional collaboration, helping ensure marketing strategies are aligned to broader business objectives.

    Where You'll Work

    This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead development of integrated marketing plans for the assigned business unit by translating business objectives, customer insights, promotional strategy, and channel opportunities into clear priorities and actionable roadmaps.

    • Serve as the primary strategic marketing partner to assigned business stakeholders, providing recommendations, resolving ambiguity, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and marketing strategies.

    • Interpret performance results, customer trends, and market dynamics to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies; recommend actions that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

    • Lead complex cross-functional marketing initiatives and programs with broad visibility, coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies, and driving alignment across multiple teams.

    • Develop and enhance planning tools, marketing calendars, briefing processes, and reporting frameworks that improve transparency, consistency, and operational effectiveness.

    • Create executive-ready communications, presentations, and business updates that synthesize plans, results, recommendations, and key decisions for leadership audiences.

    What You'll Bring

    • 5+ years of digital marketing or digital commerce/interactive experience

    • Relationship oriented

    • Must be able to present effectively to a group
