Target Compensation:

Key Responsibilities for the Lead Accounting Analyst:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the monthly close process.
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement analyses.
• Perform detailed P&L reviews and provide variance analysis to business partners.
• Support annual audits and help strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications for the Lead Accounting Analyst:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Sage 100 is a plus.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
