We are seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to join our global Finance team, where innovation knows no borders. It connects advanced financial platforms with rigorous accounting workflows so our business can operate smoothly and make confident strategic investments. With an inclusive culture and flexible work environment, we work together with boldness, curiosity and commitment so we can all win together.

As an Accounts Payable Lead, you will serve as the primary subject-matter expert for our North America entities while managing critical global payment validations, system reconciliations and compliance workflows. You will handle high-value banking operations, complex tax reporting and month-end close processes independently under minimal review. This role requires deep technical expertise, exceptional deadline discipline and the confidence to guide shared services teams through evolving regulatory environments.

What you'll do

+ Review, validate and approve high-risk global payments and daily clearing reports across all regions to track returns and manage check distributions.

+ Own the review, reconciliation and completion of specific Accounts Payable General Ledger accounts, the month-end checklist and the monthly P-Card process.

+ Lead the 1099 reporting process, including master file cleanup, Taxpayer Identification Number matching reviews, W9/W8 validations and IRS correspondence.

+ Manage end-to-end unclaimed property filings, strict Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance frameworks and external auditor deliverables.

+ Use generative AI and automation tools to streamline invoice workflows, eliminate manual data discrepancies and accelerate the month-end reconciliation cycle.

What you'll bring

+ Minimum 6 years of progressive corporate accounts payable experience managing North American and global entities within a multinational enterprise.

+ Advanced hands-on proficiency navigating complex financial architectures across SAP, Coupa and Blackline platforms.

+ Proven success managing US 1099 reporting, escheatment filings and navigating strict Sarbanes-Oxley Act audit environments.

+ Strong track record of documenting standard operating procedures and mentoring global shared services teams to meet rigid financial targets.

+ Practical experience applying generative AI or advanced data analytics tools to increase transactional accuracy and accelerate reporting cycles.
