Pay: $22-$26 per hour + commission ($15-$25 per qualified appointment)
On-Target Earnings: $55,000-$70,000+ annually

If you are comfortable talking to new people, staying proactive, and getting paid based on your results, this is a strong entry point into a long-term sales career in the home services industry.
This is not door-to-door and no cold calling. You will work in high-traffic environments such as home improvement stores and local events, engaging directly with homeowners and setting appointments for our in-home sales team.
About the Role
This is a face-to-face sales role focused on generating leads and setting appointments. You will be expected to actively approach homeowners, start conversations, and create interest in backup power solutions. Success in this role comes from consistency, confidence, and effort. You will be expected to actively approach and engage multiple homeowners per hour.
What You'll Do
Work at assigned locations, including home improvement stores like Home Depot and Lowe's, as well as local events, where you will approach homeowners, start conversations, explain the value of standby generators, and schedule qualified in-home consultations using a tablet or CRM.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, handling rejection, and staying consistent throughout the day. Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, appointment setting, or lead generation is preferred. Candidates from HVAC, solar, roofing, or home improvement backgrounds tend to perform especially well. You should be dependable, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
