INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY! Community Youth Services to provide critical administrative support to ICD clinical programs while serving as a lead resource for the ICD Administrative team and the ICD Administrative & Operations Coordinator. Key responsibilities include onboarding and training administrative staff, supporting procedural implementation, assisting with records management, coordinating referrals, and preparing programmatic reports. The role also manages front-desk operations, answers phones, schedules appointments, processes referrals, maintains accurate client data, and supports staff with administrative needs. Additional duties include assisting with Electronic Health Record (EHR) maintenance, Medicaid billing and claims, and maintaining participant files to ensure compliance and efficiency. Division.
- Competitive Pay: $28.14 to $31.44 per hour *Internal candidates can email the Director of HR for more details.
- Full-time Schedule: Office Hours 8 am to 5 pm
- Dual Office Locations: Spans both Thurston & Mason office locations (primarily Thurston with Mason coverage as needed.)

Qualifications:
- Four to five years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including at least one year in a lead or senior role; education in a business-related field may be applied toward this requirement.
- Internal candidate must demonstrate a consistent record of strong performance, reliability, and readiness to assume higher-level responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage conflict professionally using a Positive Youth Development Approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules, competing priorities, and multi-step projects.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including supporting staff, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance.
- Accuracy in data entry and medical billing, with experience reviewing documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and resolve issues without escalation when appropriate.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality standards, including HIPAA and organizational policies.
- High-level administrative skills, including typing, grammar, office procedures, basic math, and use of office equipment.
