Build and manage customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer across email, SMS, push, and inapp channels. Implement audience segmentation, decisioning, and realtime personalization using custom events and triggers. Integrate AEP with AJO and external systems via APIs for seamless data flow and activation. Lever
