  • Responsible for generating student leads, recruitment, securing applications, and subsequent enrollment/closing of student applicants for all Gayle Greve Hunt School of Nursing (GGHSON) programs/tracks. Process includes, but is not limited to, student sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising. Requires effective and frequent follow-through while maintaining student retention and interest. Maintain advising and prospective student database for tracking and reporting. Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding recruitment and enrollment goals set by the Dean of the School of Nursing.
  • Coordinate, secure, attend and present at local, statewide or national recruitment events. Implement and execute robust and innovative, "out-of-the-box" enrollment strategies/models to attract and enroll top university students.
  • Maintain and effectively use of CRM/EMP database to maximize student follow-up with effective data analysis reporting. Identify and establish new relationships with universities/colleges, secondary schools, and health care facilities to develop "feeder" sites/schools.
  • Maintain contact and relationships with established long-term relationships with affiliates. Advise potential nursing students on the application process, admission, and program requirements, including but not limited to transcript review for all program/tracks.
  • Assist with financial records and/or transactions related to recruitment or events, on an as needed basis, i.e. purchase orders, direct pay transactions, food and entertainment forms, budget transfers, travel and event approval forms. Assist with grant duties and activities as assigned.
  • Assist and participate in GGHSON student orientations.
  • Remain current with all licensure, certifications, and mandatory compliance and training requirements for this position.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs. etc.).
  • Personally, and consistently, demonstrate, display and act in accordance with Texas Tech Health El Paso's Values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Serve as a Value''s leader while actively promoting and encouraging staff across the institution.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

No Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selectedHourly El Paso

  • Three to five years of experience in a college or university setting, including student admissions and work within a senior-level administrative office.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and systems such as NCAS, TouchNet, Raptor, and Banner.
