Job Description
Minimum Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 5 years of experience in Agile coaching, including remote coaching for multiple teams. • Demonstrated experience implementing Scrum with new or maturing teams. • Experience working with distributed cross-functional teams in technology environments. • Multiple Agile certifications required, e.g., CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, PSM III, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, SA, SPC, KMP.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Strong communication and facilitation skills, ability to coach teams and leaders. • Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365. • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to balance consistency with adaptability. • Commitment to fostering a positive learning-focused team culture.
