Pay Range: $65-$74
Location: Onsite (Farmington Hills, MI)
Length: 6 months
Position Summary
The Lead Agile Coach / Scrum Master is responsible for guiding one or more Agile teams in the effective adoption and application of Agile values, principles, and Scrum practices. This role serves as a servant leader, coach, facilitator, and mentor, helping teams improve collaboration, self-organization, continuous improvement, and delivery of business value.
The Lead Agile Coach works closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to foster high-performing teams and create an environment that encourages transparency, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. This individual uses coaching, facilitation, and observation skills to identify opportunities for improvement and support teams in overcoming challenges while maintaining an objective and neutral perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Coaching & Team Development
Scrum Facilitation
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and related Agile activities, including:
Sprint Planning
Daily Scrum
Sprint Review
Sprint Retrospective
Backlog Refinement
Ensure Agile events are productive and provide measurable value to the team and organization.
Help teams inspect and adapt through the effective use of feedback loops, metrics, and performance indicators.
Product & Delivery Support
Organizational Leadership
Continuous Improvement & Agile Maturity
Risk & Compliance
Required Qualifications

Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including:
Project Management

Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD)

Familiarity with Kanban, Scrumban, XP, Mob Programming, and other Agile approaches.
