Job Summary We are seeking a Lead AI & Analytics Engineer with a strong Data Engineering background and hands-on experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions. The role focuses on building scalable data platforms while supporting enterprise AI initiatives including chatbots, RAG systems, and AI-enabled analytics workflows.
Must-Have Skills - 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and PySpark
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or GCP
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, orchestration, and data modeling
- Experience implementing AI / GenAI solutions
- Hands-on experience with RAG, LangChain, AI Chatbots, or OpenAI integrations
- Experience building scalable analytics and data platforms
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities - Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms
- Build ETL/ELT workflows and enterprise data models
- Develop and support AI-enabled workflows and integrations
- Implement and optimize RAG-based solutions and AI chatbots
- Work with OpenAI and modern AI frameworks for enterprise use cases
- Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams
- Lead and mentor engineering teams
- Support enterprise AI platform strategy and implementation initiatives
