- Experience building AI systems that interact with existing software platforms and execute multi-step workflows.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including architecture, testing, observability, maintainability, and system design.
- Experience with retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, document parsing, and knowledge management.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, privacy, security, and controlled information flow.
- Ability to clearly communicate and diagram technical architecture.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working alongside software engineering teams using modern development practices.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile development environments.
- Experience translating business or engineering requirements into software requirements.
- Experience collaborating with QA and product teams to validate AI behavior.
