Candidates who understand how industrial facilities operate including process flows, equipment, instrumentation, plant visualization, and operational decision-making will be especially successful.


AI & Technical Qualifications

  • Experience building production AI systems.
  • Experience designing agentic AI architectures.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, instruction design, and agent orchestration.
  • Experience building AI systems that interact with existing software platforms and execute multi-step workflows.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals including architecture, testing, observability, maintainability, and system design.
  • Experience with retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, document parsing, and knowledge management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, privacy, security, and controlled information flow.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and diagram technical architecture.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working alongside software engineering teams using modern development practices.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile development environments.
  • Experience translating business or engineering requirements into software requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with QA and product teams to validate AI behavior.
  • Experience developing AI within enterprise or regulated environments.

Rather than simply building AI applications, you will design how AI understands industrial environments, creates intelligent workflows, and assists engineers operating complex manufacturing and process facilities.


You will partner closely with software engineering while serving as the domain expert responsible for translating engineering knowledge into production AI capabilities.
