Lead AI Engineer – Agentic & Generative AI
Bravotech, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, is seeking a Lead AI Engineer for a premier client in Dallas, Texas. This hybrid role (2–3 days onsite weekly) will lead the architecture, strategy, and delivery of enterprise Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, cloud-native platforms, and AI product development at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define AI strategy, architecture, and technical roadmaps.
  • Design and deploy scalable AI platforms, agents, copilots, and RAG solutions.
  • Lead AI engineering teams through architecture reviews, mentoring, and code reviews.
  • Partner with product and business leaders to identify and deliver high-value AI initiatives.
  • Establish standards for prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, governance, and responsible AI.
  • Optimize AI performance, reliability, scalability, and cost.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Data Science experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Applied AI/LLM development.
  • 2+ years in a technical lead or architecture role.
  • Strong experience building production AI systems using Python and cloud-native technologies.
  • Expertise with LLMs, multi-agent workflows, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI evaluation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
