Job Summary (Lead, AI Strategy & Enablement):
- Lead enterprise-wide adoption of AI, data, and automation technologies by developing strategic frameworks and technical accelerators.
- Define and implement standardized enablement frameworks for a unified AI and analytics platform user experience.
- Develop reusable technical assets such as reference code, templates, and starter kit accelerators to streamline onboarding.
- Act as the main liaison between Digital Technology and business units to ensure alignment with domain needs and governance.
- Establish dashboards and KPIs to measure content utilization, technical literacy, and AI initiative impact.
- Mentor and coach junior and senior team members, promoting a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay current with emerging AI and developer advocacy trends to improve internal digital ecosystems.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 6 8 years' experience in data, AI, or enablement roles, with leadership in multi-domain or enterprise-scale projects.
- Advanced technical skills in AI, visualization, and automation platforms; ability to create and review technical assets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence leaders across business and technology.
- Experience in agile or product-based delivery environments.
- Must work onsite in Washington, D.C. 4 days per week; up to 25% travel required.E
